All appointments must be scheduled in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in a service fee. Full payment is required at the time of the appointment unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Please note that fees listed cover only the specific service booked. Additional charges will apply for extra assistance such as filling out forms, drafting documents, providing translations, or expedited shipping and handling. Government filing fees, mailing costs, and other third-party expenses are not included unless explicitly stated. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and understand that our services are strictly limited to notary, immigration form assistance, translation, and tax preparation—we are not attorneys and do not provide legal representation.
